Preparation:

  • 2- Pour the hot water over the ingredients, stirring once, and leave on high heat for three minutes, with the pot tightly closed.
  • 3- Reduce the heat to very low, place the koshary (optional) on top of the rice, and leave on low heat for 30 minutes. Close the pot tightly.
